Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and execution of digital marketing programs, including SEM, marketing automation, social media, website and online advertising campaigns.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue and improve retention.
  • Provide analysis and reporting on digital projects/campaigns and placements, website traffic and social media impression.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop digital marketing activities to support campaign strategies and business goals.
  • Ensure proper formatting, linking, tagging and metadata entry before publishing website content.
  • Recommend website improvements to make them more accessible to search engines.
  • Review, amend and advise use of keywords.
  • Research and recommend strategies to expand web linking opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain websites on the first-page position of major search engines and maximise the marketing potential of websites.
  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of search engine optimisation strategies
  • Social Media Management.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 year working experience in the Digital Marketing field is required.
  • Working experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on demand generation, project management and ROI-demand marketing campaigns is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in digital advertising channels is an added advantage (PPC, PPV, Influencer Outreach & Media Buying).
  • Preferably executives specialising in online marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
